KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.
• Assist with setting up tables, decorations, and maintaining service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company policies.
