One of our prestigious clients in UK, a leading Shipping & Freight Forwarding company, is looking for experienced Telesales Executives to join their team immediately.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote freight forwarding and logistics services to potential clients
• Manage outbound and inbound sales calls
• Maintain customer database and follow up on leads
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal operations and documentation teams
• Report market trends and customer feedback
• Handle inquiries and provide appropriate information to clients

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in telesales, preferably in shipping or logistics
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Fluency in English is a must
