One of our reputed clients is seeking dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executives to join their team. This role involves engaging with customers over calls, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Job Description

WORK TYPE: Hybrid

WORKING HOURS: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Sri Lanka Time – UK Calendar)

WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.
• Promote and explain products/services effectively to customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
• Follow up with potential clients to close sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
