A reputed construction company in Oman is seeking qualified and experienced Site Engineers to oversee site activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, and coordinate with project teams for successful project execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure compliance with project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers.
• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Manage manpower, materials, and equipment for site requirements.
• Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with senior engineers.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
• Support inspections and approvals with relevant authorities.

• Contract period: 2 years (extendable).

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years GCC and 5 years total experience in site engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
