One of our reputed clients, a leading manufacturer and assembler of kitchen and bathroom furniture for the international market, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executives – HR & Admin to join their team.

Job Description

• Assist in manpower planning and workforce requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and HRIS updates.
• Assist in payroll preparation and processing.
• Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, ETF, and Labour Department regulations.
• Align HR policies with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support timely and accurate HR reporting for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in employee welfare activities and administrative functions.
• Coordinate day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR & Admin role.
• Sound knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Proven experience in HR functions including policy implementation, staff development, and performance management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an added advantage).
• Residing within proximity to Mirigama will be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
