One of our prestigious clients in the Aviation and Cargo Handling industry is seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Cargo Officers to join their dynamic team in Colombo immediately.

Job Description

• Oversee daily cargo operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise cargo loading, unloading, and storage processes.
• Handle cargo documentation, manifests, and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
• Manage and train junior cargo staff for smooth operational flow.
• Maintain detailed cargo movement records and performance reports.
• Resolve cargo-related issues promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Aviation, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cargo handling or aviation logistics.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and cargo management software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
