The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and cold calling.

Job Description

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and generate new sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client pipeline.
• Execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and industry developments.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Strong ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
• Extensive cold calling experience is required.
• Flexibility to work according to the U.S. holiday calendar.
• Previous experience in Construction SaaS or Vertical SaaS companies will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a remote or international business environment.
