A reputed construction company in Oman is seeking qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyors for ongoing and upcoming infrastructure and building projects. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals aiming to work in the Gulf region with a leading company.

Job Description

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules for projects.
• Measure and value construction works on-site.
• Manage contractual and financial aspects of construction projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, and bills of quantities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and Oman Labour Law.

• Accommodation and food included in salary package.
• Transportation and Medical insurance provided.
• Service gratuity and annual leave as per Oman Labour Law.

• Contract Period: 2 years (extendable).
• Working Days: 6 days per week.
• All terms and conditions in accordance with Oman Labour Law.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 5 years GCC experience and 10 years total experience.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
