Job Introduction

One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced Pastry Commis to join their team immediately.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the preparation of pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery products.
• Prepare ingredients and support daily pastry production activities.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry items.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry section.
• Follow food safety and kitchen safety standards at all times.
• Assist with inventory control and proper storage of ingredients.
• Support the pastry team in achieving daily production targets.

• Working Hours: 11 hours duty per day

Job Requirements

• Sri Lankan nationality.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry shop, bakery, or hotel pastry section.
• Basic knowledge of pastry preparation and baking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop pastry skills.
