A reputed construction company in Oman is seeking reliable and hardworking Office Boys to provide administrative and housekeeping support within the office environment.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Assist with photocopying, filing, and document handling.
• Deliver documents and messages within the office or to external locations when required.
• Support administrative staff in day-to-day tasks.
• Ensure meeting rooms are prepared and maintained for official use.
• Handle basic errands as instructed by supervisors or managers.
• Adhere to office etiquette, punctuality, and discipline.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Contract period: 2 years (extendable).

• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with Oman Labour Law.

Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English (basic proficiency required).
• Minimum 2 years GCC and 5 years total experience in a similar role.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and physically fit.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as required.
• Ability to handle confidential documents responsibly.
