One of our reputed clients is seeking experienced MEP Quantity Surveyors to manage project costing, BOQs, and financial control for MEP projects.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Conduct site measurements and verify contractor claims.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage procurement costs.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and variation orders.
• Monitor project budgets and cost performance.
• Support tender preparation and project financial planning.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
• RICS/IQSSL accreditation is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage project costs efficiently.
