One of our reputed clients in the FMCG / Food & Beverage industry is seeking experienced Managers – Digital Communication & Market Activation to lead strategic marketing initiatives, digital communication strategies, and brand activation programs. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and supporting commercial growth through effective marketing and communication campaigns.

Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital communication strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Manage social media platforms, digital content, online campaigns, and website communication.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across digital channels.
• Lead market activation initiatives, promotional campaigns, and product launch programs.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to strengthen brand visibility and market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using key digital marketing metrics.
• Work with external agencies, media partners, and vendors to execute marketing initiatives.
• Monitor ROI and optimize marketing investments for improved performance.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Support budgeting, reporting, and documentation for marketing activities.
• Promote company standards related to health, safety, food safety, and quality compliance.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification in Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications will be an advantage.
• 7–10 years of experience in marketing, digital communication, or brand activation roles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, content development, and social media strategy.
• Proven experience managing market activation campaigns and brand visibility initiatives.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage companies is mandatory.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage.
