Our client, a reputed business services firm in Colombo, is seeking a Legal Assistants to join their in-house legal and compliance team.

Job Description

• Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist with case preparation, legal filings, and liaise with legal advisors.
• Conduct legal research on labor, immigration, and corporate law matters.
• Support the compliance team in internal audits and process reviews.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Law/Legal Studies or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year legal/administrative experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Sri Lankan legal procedures, especially labor law.

• High ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
