One of our reputed clients is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executives to support daily accounting operations and build a successful career in corporate finance and accounting.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Input daily financial transactions into the accounting system accurately. • Prepare, issue, and follow up on client invoices. • Process vendor bills and verify supporting documents. • Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash reconciliations. • Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records. • Support senior accountants with month-end closing activities. • Ensure proper filing of financial and accounting documents. • Assist with data entry and preparation of financial reports. • Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting documentation. • Perform additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• A/L Commerce qualification or part qualification in AAT / CA / ACCA / CIMA.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

• Practical knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• High level of integrity and willingness to learn.

• Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.
