Job Introduction

A reputed construction company in Oman is seeking hardworking Helpers to support skilled workers and contribute to day-to-day site operations.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled workers on site.
• Carry and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the worksite.
• Perform basic tasks as instructed by supervisors.
• Follow safety guidelines and company rules.
• Support in loading and unloading construction materials.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Contract period: 2 years (extendable).
• Probation period: 3 months.
• Duty hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week (as per Oman Labour Law).
• Overtime as per company requirements and Oman Labour Law.
• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with Oman Labour Law.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in construction sites is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual labor.
• Ability to work long hours in outdoor environments.
• Basic communication skills in English.
