Job Introduction

One of our prestigious clients in Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced Graduate & Internship Program Managers to lead and manage their Internship Program, supporting the growth and talent pipeline for their Managed Application Services (MAS) Practice.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Internship Program Management (~70%)

• Design and manage the complete internship lifecycle (recruitment to offboarding)
• Align internship roles with MAS Practice technical needs
• Develop success metrics and suggest program improvements
• Build university partnerships and organize campus events
• Ensure seamless onboarding and development of interns
• Implement training, mentoring, and feedback frameworks
• Track intern performance and support full-time conversion decisions
• Promote internship success stories internally and externally

General HR Support (~30%)

• Assist with recruitment coordination and onboarding of full-time employees
• Support HR compliance, documentation, and reporting
• Provide employee engagement and cultural support
• Work with global/regional HR teams for operational support

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or similar
• Minimum 5+ years HR experience (2+ years in internship/campus program management)
• Experience in IT services or software development environment preferred
• Strong stakeholder and organizational management skills
• Knowledge of Sri Lanka’s education and talent landscape
• Familiarity with MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, HRIS tools
