Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
• Train and guide waiters, waitresses, and service staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor staff schedules and ensure smooth service flow.
• Work with management to implement service improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in F&B service or supervision.
• Hospitality or management qualifications preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Previous GCC or international experience is an advantage.
• Ability to manage a team in a high-volume environment.
• English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus.
