Job Introduction

A reputed construction company in Kuwait is seeking experienced Dump Truck Drivers to support their heavy vehicle operations at construction sites and infrastructure projects.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as sand, gravel, and debris to and from construction sites.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Inspect vehicles daily to ensure proper working condition and report maintenance needs.
• Follow traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in minor maintenance and cleaning of vehicles.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other drivers for smooth operations.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Contract period: 2 years (renewable).
• Probation period: 3 months.

• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with Kuwait Labour Law.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Dump Truck Driver (GCC experience preferred).
• Valid heavy vehicle driving license.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to work long hours and in varying site conditions.
• Age between 25–45 years preferred.
• Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
