Job Introduction

One of our reputed clients is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Media Executive to join their team. This role is critical in driving high-volume digital demand and generating qualified leads through strategic campaign execution across digital platforms.

Job Description

• Monday to Friday: 8.30 AM – 5.30 PM
• Saturday: 8.30 AM – 1.00 PM

• Plan, launch, and manage digital lead generation campaigns (Meta & Google)
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to maintain lead volume, quality, and CPL targets
• Ensure 100% lead capture, proper tracking, and accurate source attribution
• Manage campaign budgets and reallocate spend based on performance
• Implement A/B testing strategies for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with creative teams for campaign materials and messaging
• Maintain campaign uptime with zero inactive periods during key business hours
• Align with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Identify and eliminate low-quality or fraudulent leads

Job Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of experience in digital marketing (Meta Ads & Google Ads mandatory)
• Proven experience in high-volume lead generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking (pixels, events, UTM tagging)
• Experience in B2B, export, logistics, or SME sectors will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure with strict performance targets
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
