Job Introduction

One of our reputed clients is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representatives to join their growing remote team. This role involves providing high-quality support to international clients while working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Job Description

WORK TYPE: Full-Time | Fully Remote WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Time (6:30 PM – 1:30 AM Sri Lanka Time)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat, ensuring quick and accurate responses.
• Ensure 100% of customer requests are responded to within 5 minutes.
• Handle complex customer inquiries via email with detailed and effective solutions.
• Learn and adapt quickly to new software tools and systems.
• Track and document customer feedback using internal tools (training provided).
• Act as a bridge between customers and the engineering team for issue resolution.
• Follow up on pending issues and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and timely support.

• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
