Job Introduction

One of our reputed clients is seeking creative and results-driven Branding & Communication Executives – Video & Graphic Designers to support brand execution, content creation, and sales enablement through high-quality visual and communication materials.

Job Description

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• Design and develop brand assets including brochures, pitch decks, and company profiles.
• Create engaging video content, graphics, and digital creatives for campaigns.
• Produce conversion-focused content for social media, ads, websites, and email campaigns.
• Ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
• Develop service explainers and sales collateral to support conversion and lead generation.
• Maintain and update content templates, brand assets, and messaging libraries.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate and clear communication.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
• Support campaign execution with on-time delivery of creatives and content.
• Monitor and improve content effectiveness and engagement quality.

Job Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in branding, graphic design, video editing, or content creation.
• Proven experience in designing, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding principles.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Experience in B2B or service-based industries is an added advantage.
