Job Introduction

A leading construction company in Oman is seeking experienced Block Masons to join their workforce for upcoming building and infrastructure projects.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lay and bind building blocks with mortar for walls, partitions, and structures.
• Interpret construction drawings and follow project specifications.
• Mix mortar and ensure proper proportion for durability.
• Shape and cut blocks to fit corners, arches, and other structures.
• Ensure alignment, level, and finishing of masonry work.
• Follow company safety protocols and site procedures.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Contract period: 2 years (extendable).
• Probation period: 3 months.

• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with Oman Labour Law.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Block Mason (GCC experience preferred).
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Skilled in using masonry tools and equipment.
• Physically fit to handle heavy blocks and site work.
• Age between 20–40 years preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.
