A reputed hospitality group in Saudi Arabia is seeking experienced Assistant Managers to oversee daily operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, and support the management team in achieving business goals.

Job Description

• • Supervise daily restaurant or outlet operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide training, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Support in scheduling staff and ensuring optimal shift coverage.
  • Prepare operational reports and assist the Manager in achieving targets.

• Transportation provided by the company.

• Service gratuity and annual leave as per Oman Labour Law.

• Contract Period: 2 years (extendable).
• Working Days: 6 days per week.
• All terms and conditions in accordance with Oman Labour Law.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or food service.
• Previous GCC experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
