SALARY: Negotiable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Support audits and financial reviews.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of Sri Lankan tax laws and IFRS.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Based in Colombo and available to start immediately.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
• Full-time, office-based role in Colombo.
• Subject to a standard probation period.
