Job Introduction

One of our prestigious clients is looking for an experienced Logistics Documentation Specialist to join their team remotely.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and manage import/export and logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate shipping documents with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders.
  • Verify invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and related documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics transactions.
  • Track shipment documentation and ensure timely submission.
  • Identify documentation discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
  • Provide regular updates on shipment and documentation status.

  • Previous experience in logistics documentation, freight forwarding, shipping, or a related field.
  • Good knowledge of import/export and shipping documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
