Job Introduction

One of our reputed clients is seeking a highly organized and execution-driven Transportation & Field Operations Interns to support daily transport coordination and field logistics operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in operations and logistics management.

Job Description

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• Coordinate and manage daily vehicle dispatch schedules.
• Track and monitor vehicle movements and transport activities.
• Maintain accurate transport logs, tracking sheets, and reports.
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, schedules, and assignments.
• Ensure timely execution of pickups and deliveries.
• Identify, report, and escalate delays, breakdowns, or operational issues.
• Support field operations coordination between branches and transport teams.
• Track fuel usage, vehicle mileage, and related records.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of all transport activities.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure issue resolution within timelines.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with transport and safety guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Entry-level / Intern position (freshers are encouraged to apply).
