Job Description

WORK TYPE: Part-Time | Fully Remote (3 full days per week) WORKING DAYS & HOURS: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Central Time (6:30 PM – 1:30 AM Sri Lanka Time)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and execute marketing activities across social media, email, and web platforms.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter (X), Reddit, and other channels.
• Develop content for help centers, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
• Comfortable creating and presenting content on-camera and off-camera.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and competitor insights.
• Support the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, infographics, and case studies.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure relevance and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in major social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar (advantage).
• Highly organized, proactive, and creative mindset.
• Willingness to work according to the U.S. holiday calendar.
