Job Description

• Lead and manage field sales operations within the Colombo region.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Handle key distributors, dealers, and large-scale customers.

• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Strong field sales background with hands-on distributor and channel handling experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Colombo market and customer base.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
