Job Introduction

One of our reputed clients in Oman is urgently seeking experienced Office Boys to support daily office operations. Candidates must be able to read and write in English and should have prior experience in a similar role.

Job Description

• Assist with day-to-day office duties including cleaning, organizing, and document handling.
• Serve beverages to staff and visitors as required.
• Support administrative staff with basic office tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Monitor and manage office supplies and inform supervisors when stock is low.
• Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Lead the team and assess job roles as instructed.

• Food allowance included in the salary.

• Contract Duration: 2 years.
• Working Days: 6 days per week.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.
• Ability to read and write in English (mandatory).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hardworking, reliable, and able to work under supervision.
• Ability to follow company rules, procedures, and daily task schedules.
