One of our reputed clients in Oman is seeking experienced Supervisors – Mechanical for their Mechanical & Electrical Department, to oversee mechanical operations, guide technicians, and ensure work quality and safety compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise daily mechanical operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and guide technicians to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Review work for quality, compliance with specifications, and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to the team.
• Maintain records of equipment, maintenance, and project progress.
• Ensure tools, machinery, and workspace are organized and safe.
