KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare surfaces and mix paints to meet required specifications.
• Apply paint using spray equipment to achieve smooth, even finishes.
• Ensure correct paint film thickness and spreading rate according to standard requirements.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in clean, safe condition.
• Inspect painted surfaces to ensure high-quality results.
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the team to complete painting tasks efficiently.

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Spray Painter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to prepare and mix paints accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail and finishing quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Physically fit, able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
