One of our reputed clients in Papua New Guinea is seeking experienced Project Managers to oversee, coordinate, and ensure the successful completion of various projects within the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party contractors for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, track performance, and report status to management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project teams, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience; experience in PNG or similar international environment is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
