A reputed construction company in UAE is seeking experienced BMS Supervisors to manage building management systems for ongoing construction projects.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS (Building Management Systems) in construction projects.
• Monitor and maintain HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and other automated systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct inspections and ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to BMS systems.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of BMS systems, automation, and electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Prior GCC experience is an advantage.
