Job Introduction

A reputed construction company in Oman is seeking experienced Land Surveyors to conduct precise measurements, prepare site layouts, and support engineering teams in ensuring project accuracy.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct land surveys and prepare accurate site measurements.
• Use surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, etc.) for fieldwork.
• Prepare topographic maps, layouts, and boundary markings.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to provide survey data.
• Verify construction work alignment with approved design plans.
• Maintain records of survey results, drawings, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical support during project planning and execution.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Contract period: 2 years (extendable).

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years GCC and 10 years total experience as a land surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of surveying tools, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and survey software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
