Job Introduction

A reputed construction company in Oman is seeking skilled MEP / Civil Draftsmen to prepare technical drawings, layouts, and detailed plans for construction and engineering projects.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare accurate MEP and civil drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
• Interpret engineering specifications and incorporate them into design drawings.
• Assist engineers and project managers with design modifications and revisions.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure drawings reflect actual site conditions.
• Maintain and update project drawing records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company drafting procedures.
• Support project planning and estimation through technical inputs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Contract period: 2 years (extendable).

• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with Oman Labour Law.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree or Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years GCC and 5 years total experience as a draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Knowledge of MEP and civil construction methods and standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
