Job Introduction

A reputed construction company in Kuwait is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to handle heavy machinery operations and support excavation and construction projects.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate excavators to dig, lift, and move materials as per project requirements.
• Perform trenching, grading, and earthmoving tasks with precision.
• Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Follow instructions from site engineers and supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure safe operation of machinery in compliance with company and safety regulations.
• Report equipment malfunctions or breakdowns promptly.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Contract period: 2 years (renewable).

• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with Kuwait Labour Law.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Excavator Operator (GCC experience preferred).
• Valid heavy equipment operating license.
• Strong knowledge of excavation techniques and construction safety standards.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods.
• Age between 25–45 years preferred.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
