Job Introduction

A reputed construction company in Kuwait is seeking skilled Loader Operators to operate heavy machinery and support infrastructure and construction projects.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Operate loaders to move, load, and unload construction materials efficiently.
• Maintain safe and effective operation of the loader in various site conditions.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of the equipment.
• Follow site supervisor instructions to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
• Report equipment issues or breakdowns promptly to supervisors.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Contract period: 2 years (renewable).
• Probation period: 3 months.

• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with Kuwait Labour Law.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating loaders (GCC experience preferred).
• Valid heavy equipment operator license.
• Strong knowledge of construction site procedures and equipment handling.
• Physically fit and able to work long hours in outdoor conditions.
• Age between 25–45 years preferred.
• Basic communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
