Job Introduction

A leading construction company in Oman is seeking skilled Tile Masons to join their workforce for major ongoing projects.

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lay and set tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape tiles using appropriate tools.
• Prepare surfaces by removing old materials and ensuring a smooth base.
• Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants.
• Ensure alignment and quality finish of all tiling work.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Contract period: 2 years (extendable).
• Probation period: 3 months.

• All other terms and conditions will be in accordance with Oman Labour Law.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Tile Mason (GCC experience preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
• Skilled in using manual and power tools for cutting and fitting tiles.
• Physically fit to handle demanding site work.
• Age between 20–40 years preferred.
• Basic communication skills in English.
