One of our reputed clients in Kuwait, a high-end hospitality and restaurant group, is seeking talented and experienced Chefs de Partie to join their dynamic culinary team.
SALARY: KWD 380 – 450 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a specific section of the kitchen and oversee food preparation.
• Supervise junior kitchen staff (Commis and Demi Chefs) and ensure quality control.
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu planning and inventory control.
• Monitor portion control, minimize waste, and optimize efficiency.
• Ensure that food is prepared according to recipes and within required timeframes.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
• Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Age below 40 years preferred.
