One of our prestigious clients in Saudi Arabia is looking for experienced culinary professionals to join their team immediately!

Job Description

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and daily food preparation.
• Supervise and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure timely and quality food service.
• Ensure food is prepared to the highest culinary standards and in line with menu requirements.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed in coordination with the Head Chef.
• Enforce proper hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and ensure proper kitchen conduct.
• Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and presentation.
• Take charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong culinary skills with a background in international or fine dining cuisine.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Committed to a full-time contract in Saudi Arabia.
